Despite the COVID-19 challenges, we planned for a meeting in 2021 with appropriate precautions. However, this time, New Orleans was hit by Hurricane Ida. There was a lengthy power loss impacting many areas in downtown. Our meeting partner NAHC canceled the annual meeting. Unfortunately, there was very little time for us to switch to an online meeting format. Therefore, similar to the NAHC meeting, H3IT 2021 had to be canceled.
